Skeena Sockeye Lakes Hydroacoustic Surveys 2013
Skeena Fisheries Commission (SFC) conducted hydroacoustic surveys of six juvenile sockeye rearing lakes (Johanson, Kitsumkalum, McDonell, Motase, Nilkitkwa, and Sustut Lakes) in the Skeena Watershed in 2013. The main objectives of the surveys were to enumerate and sample the sockeye fry population and to estimate the species composition of each lake. The results of these surveys are contained in this report.
