The objectives of the study plan included assessing benthic invertebrates, drift invertebrates, primary producers, and water quality along three reaches of stream 53400 to determine the extent to which the upper watershed supplies available resources to downstream fish communities. The goal was to determine if the upper watershed is considered to make a substantial contribution to fish habitat productivity in the lower reach of the stream.
