The Toboggan Creek Watershed Restoration Project (WRP) was initiated in September of 1997 with a combined Level 1 (Overview) and Level 2 (Detailed Assessment). A number of areas of concern and general prescriptions for rehabilitation were identified from this work. Several sites required further Survey and Design in order to determine the logistics and expense of the work required. The results of this survey and design are presented, with photographs and figures and followed by recommendations regarding priorities of works and strategies
